Marketing Associate, become a trusted resource to our clients, advisors and branch. Use your administrative and marketing skills to help our advisors grow their business and refine their brand image. Coordinate and administer multiple media communication programs to promote organizational presence in marketplaces consistent with organizational objectives. Demonstrate a client-first approach as you prepare communications, engage with clients and prospects, meet compliance standards, onboard new clients, process and retain account records, research and resolve problems, and implement technology changes in a fast paced, professional and collaborative environment.

What will you do?.

  • Coordinate with marketing and compliance departments to create and implement communication and advertising campaigns across a variety of publicity methods.
  • Assist in the development of timely, meaningful, and engaging communications with clients and prospects.
  • Manage recurring marketing initiatives and tasks.
  • Organize in-person and virtual client events from idea generation to execution.
  • Manage the relationship with our podcast production company and coordinate the production, release and marketing of each episode.
  • Create a digital presence on all available channels to increase awareness and engagement with the digital community.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions.
  • Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs and escalate to financial advisors when appropriate.
  • Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities and process checks, wires and ACH's in a timely manner.
  • Supports the organization in other administrative or support functions as needed.

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree or job-related experience
  • Strong soft skills including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills
  • Attention to detail coupled with the mindset of how you can make advisors more efficient and effective
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
  • Can-do and self-starter attitude

Nice-to-have

  • Current FINRA registrations
  • Financial services experience
  • Digital marketing experience

The expected salary range for this particular position is $75,000 - $100,000depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
