SKIMS is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead the global paid media strategy across paid social, paid search, display, affiliate, audio, TV, and OOH, with a primary focus on scaling digital performance investment. This role will own budget allocation and channel strategy to maximize ROI, while building a rigorous testing and optimization framework to drive measurable growth.
Partnering closely with Creative, Merchandising, Site, and Data & Analytics teams, this leader will strengthen measurement and attribution practices, improve funnel efficiency, and deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations tied directly to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the global paid media strategy across paid social, paid search, display, affiliate, audio, TV, and OOH, with a primary focus on scaling digital performance investment.
  • Lead budget allocation and investment strategy to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with the Data and Analytics team to drive best-in-class measurement practices.
  • Drive continuous channel optimization through deep platform expertise and rigorous experimentation framework.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Site and external agencies to improve funnel efficiency, align messaging to product and brand priorities.
  • Deliver executive-ready communication and forward-looking recommendations tied to business outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 7+ years of experience leading paid media strategy, planning, and buying at scale, with a proven track record of managing significant global budgets and driving measurable revenue and customer growth.
  • 3+ years experience managing and developing a successful, high-performing team of both direct and indirect reports.
  • Deep expertise across both digital and offline paid media channels, including most of the following: paid social, search, video, programmatic, affiliate, audio, TV, and OOH
  • Fluency in both marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV) and measurement methodologies (MMM, MTA, incrementality testing) that inform investment allocation within the context overall company objectives.
  • Collaborative leader with strong influencing skills across both internal cross-functional and external agency/platform partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
