  • Develop and execute AudioNova's acquisition strategy to drive new patient growth and revenue.
  • Own performance across paid media channels including search, social, display, video, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Manage significant media investments, continuously optimizing channel mix, audience strategy, and budget allocation to maximize business outcomes.
  • Establish annual digital growth plans, quarterly priorities, and performance targets aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, scale demand generation, and accelerate growth.

Media Performance & Agency Leadership
  • Lead external media agency relationships, establishing clear accountability for performance, innovation, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive rigorous media planning, campaign optimization, creative testing, and audience development.
  • Evaluate new platforms, technologies, and media opportunities that improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure media investments are grounded in performance data, incrementality, and measurable business impact.

Website & Digital Experience
  • Own website performance and digital customer experience across all patient-facing digital properties.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives that improve appointment booking, lead generation, and patient engagement.
  • Partner with UX, Content, Product, and Technology teams to improve customer journeys and reduce friction throughout the digital experience.
  • Establish an ongoing experimentation roadmap including A/B testing, personalization, landing page optimization, and user experience improvements.

Search & Organic Growth
  • Lead SEO strategy to increase search visibility, organic traffic, and high-intent patient acquisition.
  • Partner with Brand and Content teams to develop educational, patient-focused content that supports both acquisition and long-term growth.
  • Continuously improve local search performance and digital discoverability across markets.

Digital Measurement & Optimization
  • Own digital performance measurement and reporting across acquisition channels.
  • Lead implementation and optimization of attribution capabilities, including offline conversion tracking and measurement improvements.
  • Partner closely with the Analytics team to translate performance insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Develop executive dashboards and performance reviews that clearly communicate business results, opportunities, and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Commercial, Regional Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Customer Experience, Operations, and Technology teams to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Support broader commercial initiatives by ensuring digital investments align with clinic capacity, operational readiness, and business priorities.
  • Influence enterprise digital strategy through strong collaboration, data-driven recommendations, and thought leadership.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading performance marketing, digital acquisition, or digital growth functions.
  • Proven success managing large digital media budgets with responsibility for customer acquisition, marketing efficiency, and business growth.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, website optimization, SEO, conversion rate optimization, attribution, and digital analytics.
  • Experience leading external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic business decisions.
  • Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
