Job description

Description:

 The Performance Marketing Coordinator supports the Performance Marketing team by coordinating paid media, affiliate partnerships, influencer attribution, PR seeding, email, and advertising-related initiatives. This role is designed for a high-potential marketing professional who is building experience in performance marketing and is interested in developing hands-on knowledge across major paid media platforms and business suites.


The coordinator will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, cross-functional teams, and external partners to keep campaigns organized, support partner communications, coordinate creative needs, track performance, and contribute to the continued growth of ABH’s performance marketing programs.


Paid Media & Performance Marketing Support

  • Support paid media and performance marketing initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop working knowledge of major paid media business suites and platform tools, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and related reporting platforms.
  • Assist with campaign calendars, briefs, launch timelines, asset handoffs, approvals, status tracking, and campaign documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Performance Marketing Manager, Creative, Ecommerce, Social, Brand Marketing, and external agency partners to help ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
  • Support weekly and monthly performance reporting by compiling data, identifying notable trends, and flagging opportunities or items requiring follow-up.
  • Assist with tracking campaign spend, pacing, performance, testing activity, and results under manager guidance.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign plans, creative assets, reports, testing results, and key learnings.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to help the Performance Marketing team execute efficiently.

Affiliate & Partnership Support

  • Source, evaluate, and maintain a pipeline of prospective TikTok, Amazon, and other affiliate partners aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Support the day-to-day coordination of affiliate and performance partnership programs across platforms such as Rakuten, LTK, ShopMy, and other relevant affiliate networks or creator-commerce partners.
  • Support affiliate outreach, onboarding, relationship management, product seeding, and campaign coordination.
  • Maintain accurate affiliate and partner records, including contact information, deliverables, status updates, tracking links, promotional codes, content requirements, and key deadlines.
  • Coordinate affiliate content requests, promotional calendars, campaign briefs, and required campaign materials.
  • Monitor affiliate activity and assist with reporting on performance, including traffic, conversions, revenue, content output, and other relevant program metrics.
  • Support affiliate partnership renewals and new partnership opportunities by coordinating communications, gathering internal inputs, organizing documentation, tracking next steps, and supporting commercial and contract-related coordination under manager guidance.
  • Assist with partner briefings, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and recap documentation.

Influencer Attribution, PR & Earned Media Coordination

  • Support influencer attribution by maintaining creator records, tracking links, promotional codes, content details, campaign deliverables, and performance data.
  • Support PR and earned media initiatives by coordinating product requests, seeding lists, outreach tracking, shipment details, materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain media, creator, affiliate, and partner lists as needed.
  • Assist with tracking earned media coverage, seeded content, influencer activity, affiliate activity, and partnership deliverables for reporting purposes.
  • Help ensure influencer, affiliate, PR, and paid media activity is aligned with larger campaign and product priorities.

Creative Coordination

  • Partner with the Creative team to coordinate asset needs for paid media, affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, PR seeding, and email.
  • Assist with preparing and tracking creative briefs that include campaign objectives, key messaging, platform specifications, requested deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Track creative asset status, feedback, and approvals to help ensure materials are delivered on time and in the correct specifications.
  • Support the coordination of marketing calendars, creative assets, approvals, launch timelines, testing documentation, and performance reporting as needed.
  • Help maintain campaign calendars and ensure that paid media, affiliate, partnership, influencer, and PR, activities are coordinated across teams.
  • Support the trafficking and coordination of campaign assets for international markets as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1- 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, paid media, ecommerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, public relations, email marketing, or a related field. Relevant internship experience may be considered.
  • Strong interest in learning paid media platforms and business suites across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and other relevant channels.
  • Familiarity with, or strong willingness to learn, affiliate platforms, creator-commerce tools, campaign trackers, and reporting systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, campaign performance data, and shared project-management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, accountability, and a collaborative working style.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, affiliate platforms, or other marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and be present in the office three to four days per week.
  • Work location: This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-office collaboration starting five days a week, progressing into a hybrid position. In-office presence supports cross-functional campaign coordination, creative collaboration, partner and affiliate activity, product seeding and PR needs, and close collaboration with the Performance Marketing team.


 Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly range for this position in the selected city is $25.00-30.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
