TITLE: Performance Marketing Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Performance Marketing
LOCATION: New York / 225
Madewell is looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator who will support the brand's paid media program, including but not limited to advertising across Affiliate, Paid Social, and Paid Search. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end campaign operations, working closely with internal partners and external agency partners to support the performance marketing of the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage creative across Affiliate, Paid Search, and Paid Social by partnering with Project Managers and external agencies to ensure creative is delivered on time, audited, and includes relevant details.
  • Own creator partnership operations as it relates to influencer marketing, including record keeping, gifting orders, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functionals, including Influencer, Site Merchandising, and Operations teams, on day-to-day support for paid media execution across Affiliate, Paid Social, and Paid Search.
  • Support with analyzing creative performance and facilitating testing new creative messaging, formats and ad units with Creative and agency teams.
  • Contribute to the paid briefing process as it relates to product launches, promotions, brand moments, and nimble content opportunities.
  • Streamline existing workflow for efficiency, accuracy and relevancy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 0-3 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized and skilled in time management
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Proficiency in Excel a plus
  • Previous experience at an agency or at a retail DTC brand a plus
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment

Hourly Range: $25.48 - $29.74
