Position Overviewย 

Weโ€™reย looking for a sharp, curious Marketing Associate II who wants to do more than execute tasks โ€” someone eager to dig into agency target markets, support the development of winning strategies, and grow into a key player on our marketing team.ย Youโ€™llย work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring campaigns, research, and brand initiatives to life across a fast-growing network of agencies nationwide.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Market Research & Strategy Supportย 

  • Research agency target markets, competitive landscapes, and buyer behavior to surface insights that shape marketing strategyย 

  • Support the development of go-to-market plans for agency partners โ€” helping translate strategy into prioritized, execution-ready initiativesย 

  • Track industry trends and competitor activity; package findings into clear briefs and recommendations for the marketing teamย 

Brand & Growthย 

  • Uphold theย Tropolisย brand standard across all partner touchpoints โ€” reviewing creative output and flagging inconsistencies before they go outย 

  • Coordinate agency rebranding efforts forย acquiredย partners, managing assets, approvals, and timelinesย 

  • Support the development of positioning and messaging for new markets or partner launchesย 

Campaign & Channel Executionย 

  • Manage paid social and search campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) โ€” from targeting and setup through optimization and reportingย 

  • Maintain the company website, landing pages, and Google Business Profiles to reflect current strategy and prioritiesย 

  • Support performance reporting across channels; surfaceย whatโ€™sย working and bring forward recommendationsย 

Operations & Toolsย 

  • Assistย in buildingย and maintainingย HubSpot dashboards to give the team visibility into marketing performanceย 

  • Manage project tracking and workflow tools (Monday.com and others) to keep initiatives on scheduleย 

  • Support event planning and agency partner activations, includingย logisticsย and on-site coordinationย 

Whatย Weโ€™reย Looking Forย 

Requiredย 

  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a closely related fieldย 

  • Curiosity about markets, audiences, and what makes a message land โ€” you want to understand the โ€œwhyโ€ behind campaignsย 

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Ads, social media tools, etc.)ย 

  • Experience managing paid social advertising (LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads)ย 

  • Experience building andย maintainingย websites (WordPress,ย Webflow, or similar) โ€” no direct coding experienceย requiredย 

  • A strong eye for design and brand consistency โ€” able to review creative work, give clear direction, and spot off-brand outputย 

  • Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to copy quality and brand voiceย 

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentย 

  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to growย 

Nice to Haveย 

  • Background in insurance, financial services, or a similarly regulated industryย 

  • Experience marketing to or within agency or franchise networksย 

  • Hands-on experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier or similar)ย 

  • Photography or basic video editing experienceย
