  • Design and execute structured experimentation across channels, creative, audiences, and landing pages (hypothesis → test → scale).
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and audiences to grow qualified pipeline while reducing blended CAC.
  • Build performance marketing into a predictable, data-driven growth engine aligned to priority ICP segments.

REQUIREMENT
  • Managed and deployed an $XXM paid ads budget
  • Has deep experience running paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and emerging technical channels

  • Thinks in funnels, cohorts, CAC/LTV, and pipeline contribution
  • Is highly analytical and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Has worked in B2B SaaS or developer tooling
  • Has an existential interest in AI and understands the current model/infrastructure landscape
  • Can translate complex infrastructure into compelling, conversion-focused messaging
  • Moves fast, tests constantly, and optimizes relentlessly

BENEFITS
  • Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity.
  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
  • Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
  • Company-facilitated 401(k)
  • Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
