Job Description

Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities for the company. They understand the extensive details of marketing and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior. Marketing Associate's help collect data, forecast trends, create and manage social media platforms and assess customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to Sales Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
  • Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
  • Assist with organizing promotional events
  • Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities
  • Interface with cross-functional employees including Production Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing.
  • Responsible for representing our flatbread portfolio at Food & Trade Shows and distributor sales and training meetings
  • Responsible for traveling to and from client sites

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing or related field. If no Bachelor's degree, we will take eqivalent experience in lieu of.
  • 1-3 years of CPG/food industry experience
  • Innovative and enthusiastic person
  • Posses search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge with CRM programs
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


Note: Pay range is $23 - $27 per hour based on experience.
