Overview 

Reports to: Sr. Director of Strategy 

The Marketing Manager will manage the planning and execution of RAZR’s marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with Sales, Consulting, Creative, and senior leadership to strengthen brand awareness, support lead generation, and develop the materials and campaigns needed to fuel company growth. 
The Marketing Manager will own the day-to-day marketing calendar, coordinate projects from concept through completion, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable results. This role requires someone who is both strategic and highly execution-oriented and comfortable developing recommendations, managing multiple priorities, and doing the hands-on work needed to move initiatives forward. 
 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar and campaigns across RAZR’s business and key market segments from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, internal contributors, agency partners, and results.  
  • Lead RAZR’s content and social media strategy as well as editorial calendar, including RAZR’s website, social media, email campaigns, case studies, and industry thought leadership
  • Partner with leadership to translate company growth priorities into actionable marketing campaigns and initiatives.  
  • Support sales and lead-generation efforts by developing targeted campaigns and identifying opportunities to generate marketing-qualified leads.  
  • Develop, coordinate, and optimize sales enablement materials, including capabilities presentations, product materials, case studies, proposals, and thought-leadership content.  
  • Establish and report on key marketing performance metrics, including campaign engagement, lead generation, conversion, and marketing contribution to pipeline.  
  • Build and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid search, paid social, and website performance.  
  • Direct RAZR’s participation in conferences, trade shows, webinars, and company events in partnership with Sales and other internal teams.  
  • Coordinate public relations efforts related to company news, product launches, partnerships, and relevant industry developments.  
  • Monitor market, client, and competitor trends and share actionable insights with leadership and the broader team.  
  • Work with Finance and leadership to develop marketing budget recommendations, track spending, and measure return on investment.  
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors as needed.  
  • Provide direction, coaching, and prioritization to assigned marketing team members, if applicable.

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.  
  • Five or more years of corporate, agency, B2B, or integrated marketing experience.  
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns and projects from concept through completion.  
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams and developing sales enablement materials.  
  • Experience with content marketing, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and website management.  
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and storytelling.  
  • Experience tracking marketing performance and using data to improve results.  
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, agencies, or freelance partners.  
  • Previous experience coaching or supervising team members is preferred.  
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to contribute at both the planning and execution levels.
