A Director of Performance Marketing is responsible for developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies that are focused on measurable results, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. They manage campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, ensuring that each channel delivers optimal ROI. Additionally, they analyze campaign data, optimize budgets, and lead a team of marketers to achieve business objectives. Collaboration with other departments, such as sales and product teams, is also a key part of the role. Their main goal is to drive growth through data-driven decision making and continuous campaign optimization.
