Job description

A growing multi-state restaurant organization in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an experienced Sr. Payroll Administrator to join our team. This is a confidential search for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service are top priorities.This position is 100% in-office. Remote or hybrid work is not available.What You'll Do• Process bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce with a high degree of accuracy.• Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, garnishments, direct deposits, deductions, taxes, and benefit withholdings.• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.• Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll audits.• Partner with Human Resources and Finance to ensure employee records remain accurate.• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee payroll information.• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and payroll reconciliations.• Continuously identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency.Required Qualifications• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on payroll administration experience.• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience using UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro).
