Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Forest Park, GA

Position Type: Permanent

Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 / Year

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for a large, multi-location workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while coordinating with internal stakeholders across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Paycom and a solid understanding of payroll operations in a complex organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for approximately 1,200 employees across multiple locations
  • Manage payroll within a single-entity structure using Paycom (required)
  • Compile and submit payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with regional office managers and HR partners (8–9 regions) to review and validate payroll data prior to final submission
  • Support payroll for a workforce consisting of both salaried corporate staff and a mixed field employee population
  • Ensure proper handling of payroll adjustments, discrepancies, and reporting
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with internal controls and audit standards

Qualifications

  • Required: Hands-on experience with Paycom
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-location environment
