Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Patient Access Representative Sr, you will serve as a critical member of our revenue cycle team, ensuring operational excellence across emergency, admitting, and main registration departments. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to team members while managing complex encounter scenarios and non-standard workflows. By fostering a culture of accountability and relationship-based care, you will play a key role in maintaining patient throughput and supporting our organizationโ€™s mission to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare.

Every day you will utilize advanced systems to verify insurance eligibility, conduct benefits reviews, and clearly communicate financial responsibilities to patients. You will handle complex documentation, resolve registration discrepancies, and collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle partners to eliminate delays in care. Your daily workflow involves flexing across various access points to support high-acuity periods, ensuring all administrative processes are performed with precision, regulatory compliance, and a strong commitment to privacy standards.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a High School Diploma or GED and possess 1โ€“3 years of experience in patient access, healthcare registration, or a related administrative field. You must demonstrate proficiency in insurance verification and benefits review, paired with the analytical skills needed to navigate complex registration scenarios. We are looking for a collaborative professional who can provide informal leadership to peers, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and maintain the highest ethical standards while delivering efficient, patient-centered service
