The Opportunity:
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be a member of our Partner Success Team, working closely with our Sales, Data Integrations, and Support Teams to successfully implement, optimize, and grow our mid-market and enterprise school and district partnerships. This role supports a large urban school district in the Miami, Florida area and requires the ability to be onsite regularly at the district office and school sites. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and comfortable delivering professional learning and support to partners as needed. You'll be working closely with a small but supercharged, tightly-knit, mission-driven team, focused on driving family engagement in support of schools, teachers, and families.
In this role, you will:
  • Develop Impactful Relationships: As the primary owner of your book of business, own and nurture partner relationships, working as an extension of your school and district partners' teams. Deeply know district goals and strategies and expand relationships to district leadership to best integrate TalkingPoints for maximum impact.
  • Guide Onboarding + Adoption: For new partners, work in parallel with the Data Integration Team to guide onboarding and product adoption through goal setting, understanding partner context and aligning it to TalkingPoints' best practices,
  • Drive Partner Health + Develop Family Engagement Expertise: Monitor partner family engagement trends and collaborate with partners to optimize implementations to reach internal and external success goals for schools and district partners
  • Strategize + Execute Territory Plans: Collaborate with Account Executive(s) to develop territory strategy, including leveraging current partnerships and identifying and pursuing opportunities for expansion and up-sell, driving growth and impact within your current partner base.
  • Ensure Renewal + Retention: Own partner renewal and retention for your book of business, leading partners through renewal conversations and contract finalization.
  • Lead Training Workshops: Warm and confident presenter who can facilitate engaging, impactful product training and family engagement workshops for partner teachers, staff, and administrators, including delivering onsite professional learning at the district and school sites as needed.
  • Liaison Between Org + Partners: Recognize and elevate partner trends and challenges to internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Support. Guide partners through upcoming feature releases and change management for seamless adoption and optimized impact.

Who You Are:
  • You have 4+ years in an account management role in a technology company working with mid through senior-level stakeholders
  • You have a track record of building relationships and partnering with a variety of stakeholders that have resulted in measurable success for their goals
  • You have strong written and oral communications skills
  • You have experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), along with communication and collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, G Suite, and Notion.
  • You have a background in K-12 education
  • You are bilingual (English/Spanish), reflecting the language needs of the families and educators in the Miami area
  • You are able to be onsite regularly at district offices and school campuses in the Miami area, and are comfortable providing in-person professional learning and support as needed
  • Experience in or empathy with communities we serve (e.g., underserved populations, education, immigration, bilingual and/or multicultural environments)
  • You're relationship-driven, organized, creative, and tenacious in making a difference for our school and district partners

The base range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 USD. The range reflects what TalkingPoints would pay for this position. The actual base compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, location, market conditions, education/training, skill level, and does not include bonuses, other forms of compensation, or benefits.
