Job description

Job description:

As a Partnership Success Associate, you won’t be sitting on the sidelines, you’ll help build and scale the systems that keep our client partnerships thriving and our campaigns delivering results that actually matter.

If you’re a current college senior who loves data, enjoys solving problems, and wants to see your work make a visible impact at a fast-growing company, this role is your launchpad.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Turn client and campaign data into real insights that improve performance, streamline operations, and keep our partners excited to work with us
  • Own key parts of our client journey by helping design smooth handoffs from Sales, clean onboarding workflows, and scalable renewal processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Leadership, giving you exposure across the business and a front-row seat to how a high-growth ad-tech company runs
  • Help launch and track client success programs, support new product rollouts, and coordinate internal communication so everyone stays aligned.

You’ll be in the middle of the action, building systems and processes that make life easier for our team and better for our clients while building a resume that stands out.

What We’re Looking For

  • A graduating senior (or recent grad) excited about starting their career at a fast-growing company where accountability and outcomes matter.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with tools like CRM platforms, Excel, or SQL to turn raw numbers into clear recommendations.
  • Someone organized and detail-oriented who can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • A great communicator who enjoys working with others and can collaborate across teams to solve problems.
  • A creative, curious mindset and a genuine interest in improving how things work—not just doing things the way they’ve always been done.

If you geek out over making processes smoother, love finding patterns in data, and get excited about contributing to big goals early in your career, you’ll fit right in.
