So, what's the role all about?
We are seeking a seasoned Partner Executive to own and scale our partnerships with Global Systems Integrators in the SLED/FED vertical. This role is critical to our strategy and will be responsible for building and executing the joint go-to-market (GTM) plan with key partners including TTEC, NTT, TECH MANHINDRA and more in this vertical. You will lead all sales facing aspects of the alliance-from co-selling and co-marketing, to operational excellence.
This role will have a specific focus on driving growth and strategic partnerships within the State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) and broader Public Sector markets. To best support customer, partner, and field engagement, candidates must be located in the Midwest or West Coast regions of the United States.
How will you make an impact?
  • Joint GTM Strategy: Build and operationalize a comprehensive go-to-market plan with GSIs to generate pipeline, including demand generation, events, campaigns, and executive alignment.
  • Joint Pipeline Execution: Oversee all opportunity creation and evolution, driving value for our customers and partners.
  • Revenue Accountability: Track and report KPIs related to influenced pipeline, software integration transactions, and co-sell impact; collaborate with Marketing, Finance and RevOps to build accurate attribution models.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering to align the partnership with company goals and customer requirements.

Have you got what it takes?
  • 10+ years of total professional experience, with deference to immersive experiences with CCaaS, AI and/or CRM.
  • Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS business models, and joint architecture co-sell motions, including royalty and Account Team compensation mechanics.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic technology partnerships or alliances.
  • Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), partnership platforms and cloud marketplaces.
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience navigating both start-up and enterprise SaaS/AI environments preferred.
