Scheduling Coordinator - Customer Service & Operations Support
Part-Time | In-Office | KRE Security, LLC
Location: 16600 Pottsville Pike, Hamburg, PA 19526
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
KRE Security, LLC is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing administrative team in Hamburg, PA.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can confidently multitask while keeping operations running smoothly. If you're someone who communicates well under pressure, stays organized, and enjoys being the go-to person for solving problems and supporting a team, this role could be a perfect fit.
As one of the main points of contact for our employees and supervisors, you'll help coordinate staffing, assist with scheduling needs, and provide professional support throughout the day. No two days are exactly alike, making this an excellent fit for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and staying busy.
What You'll Do
  • Communicate professionally and positively with employees, supervisors, and management throughout the shift
  • Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules across multiple client locations
  • Handle frequent phone calls, emails, and scheduling updates while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Respond quickly and calmly to call-offs, shift changes, and urgent staffing needs
  • Help employees resolve scheduling conflicts with a customer service-first approach
  • Coordinate coverage for open shifts and last-minute staffing changes
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records using company systems and databases
  • Use Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace to manage daily operations and communication
  • Work closely with management and Recruiting to support staffing and operational needs
  • Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality
