Job description

Location: Hybrid/Remote (following an initial in-office onboarding period)
Drive growth by expanding partnerships that deliver workforce development and Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) initiatives across the country.
Everblue is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across our energy programs portfolio, with a focus on WAP and workforce development initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with state agencies and partners, and supporting proposals that bring training, certification, and program solutions to new markets.
What You'll Do
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with state agencies, utilities, and program partners
  • Build and manage relationships with workforce, energy, and community stakeholders
  • Support and contribute to proposal development (RFPs, RFIs, and grant opportunities)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions aligned with client needs
  • Track pipeline activity and support revenue growth goals
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
  • Ability to build relationships and navigate multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting proposals or business development efforts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with WAP, energy efficiency, workforce development, or related programs
