Part-Time Business Development Representative - Healthcare Staffing (South Texas)

About Us

PsyPhyCare provides healthcare staffing services to federal and community facilities. We are expanding in South Texas and need a local business development professional to help us grow.


Position Overview

This is a part-time, hourly position with commission. The role focuses on building relationships and generating new staffing contracts in the San Antonio / San Marcos / Karnes County area.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare staffing.
  • Build relationships with facility administrators, primes, and subcontractors.
  • Make outreach calls, visits, and attend local networking events.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to match candidates with client needs.
  • Track leads and opportunities in CRM.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Knowledge of the South Texas market.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with outreach and follow-up.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
  • Federal Government Proposal Development is a plus.

Compensation
