  • Support the development of proposals, presentations, and RFP submissions
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and project teams to position winning pursuits
  • Identify, evaluate, and attend high-value industry and networking events

  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and follow-through
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to create opportunities and manage competing priorities
  • Natural ability to bridge technical and business perspectives across diverse teams
  • Genuine curiosity about what motivates clients and drives their decision-making
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 What Sets You Apart:

  • You don't just wait for opportunities—you actively create them
  • You innately understand how to turn relationships into revenue-driving opportunities
  • You can move seamlessly between strategy and execution
  • You bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in the industry

Why This Role:This is more than a typical business development role—it's a chance to shape strategy, build meaningful industry relationships, and directly drive company growth. You'll collaborate with experienced leaders while having the autonomy to make your vision a reality.
