Territory: Roswell, Alpharetta, East Cobb, Milton, Sandy Springs & Dunwoody, Georgia

Trusted Hands Senior Care is seeking an experienced, results-driven Part-Time Business Development Representative to expand our private-pay client base throughout North Fulton County.

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We're looking for an experienced home care sales professional who is confident working independently, enjoys networking within the healthcare community, and understands how to build referral relationships that lead to new client admissions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants a flexible, part-time schedule while being rewarded for measurable results.

  • Geriatric Care Managers
  • Social Workers

  • Faith-Based Organizations

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory business development plan.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain referral relationships throughout your assigned territory.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales visits, presentations, and educational in-services.
  • Represent Trusted Hands Senior Care at networking events and community outreach activities.
  • Generate qualified referrals that convert into new client admissions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, referral activity, and pipeline reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operations to ensure a seamless referral-to-admission experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
  • Professionally represent the Trusted Hands Senior Care brand throughout the community.

This position is designed for someone who is self-disciplined, highly organized, and does not require daily supervision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of business development or outside sales experience in:
    • Home Care
    • Home Health
    • Hospice
    • Senior Living
    • Healthcare Sales
  • Existing relationships within the North Fulton healthcare community are strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a designated territory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation

We believe experienced sales professionals should be rewarded for producing measurable results.

Guaranteed Monthly Base Pay

$981 per month

Guaranteed monthly compensation for approximately 10–12 hours per week dedicated to business development activities.

Monthly Performance Incentives

Performance incentives are earned by achieving established monthly activity and referral goals.

Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to $1,300+
