Job description

For nearly three decades, Home Instead has delivered compassionate, high-quality care to seniors around the globe. Home Instead, Teaneck, NJ location is serving all of Bergen County & parts of northern, New Jersey. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services to help seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Overview
Responsible for growing the home care agency by building referral relationships, generating leads, and promoting services within the community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living facilities, and community partners
  • Generate new client leads and maintain a strong referral pipeline
  • Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Support intake team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Track outreach activity and report growth metrics
  • Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare/home care preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Knowledge of home care services is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
