About the Role
Binyod LLC is looking for a hands-on Head of Sales (Fractional) to help structure and scale our sales operations.
We specialize in low-voltage systems including structured cabling, AV, and security solutions. We have strong technical capabilities and are now focused on building a more structured and scalable sales process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, improving, and leading sales operations in a practical, hands-on environment.
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • ย Lead and support a team of Account Managersย 
  • ย Establish and improve sales processes and workflowsย 
  • ย Drive pipeline growth and deal progressionย 
  • ย Coordinate with technical teams on estimates, scope, and proposalsย 
  • ย Improve consistency in quoting, pricing, and project handoffย 
  • ย Implement basic KPI tracking and reportingย 
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • ย 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or sales leadershipย 
  • ย Experience in one or more of the following:ย 
    • ย Low-voltage systems (cabling, AV, security)ย 
    • ย IT services / networkingย 
    • ย Technical solution salesย 
  • ย Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding project scopeย 
  • ย Hands-on approach (not just strategy)ย 
  • ย Experience improving or building sales processes is a strong plusย 
Nice to Have
  • ย Experience with schools, public sector, or construction-related salesย 
  • ย Background in both sales and pre-sales / solution engineeringย 
Work Structure
  • ย 20โ€“30 hours per weekย 
  • ย Flexible schedule on-site collaborationย 
  • ย 60โ€“90-day engagement with potential extensionย 
Compensation
