Job description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Small Business Assistant to support the daily operations and growth of our brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in creative and fast-paced environments, and is passionate about helping a small business run smoothly behind the scenes and in front of customers.
The ideal candidate understands that every task — from packaging orders to assisting customers and supporting launches — plays an important role in the overall customer experience and success of the business.
Responsibilities
  • Carefully pack and prepare customer orders for body care, perfumes, fragrance products, and merchandise
  • Help Fill, label, and prepare perfume and fragrance products with accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure all orders are accurate, organized, and beautifully presented before shipping
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces, inventory areas, retail displays, and packing stations
  • Assist with inventory management, stock counts, supply organization, and restocking
  • Help prepare for product launches, events, pop-ups, promotional drops, and busy sales periods
  • Perform quality control checks on products, packaging, and outgoing orders
  • Assist with retail store operations and provide excellent customer service in-store
  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism, product knowledge, and a welcoming attitude
  • Support day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with social media posting, content preparation, and basic online engagement
  • Help create and maintain brand presentation standards across packaging, retail, and online platforms
  • Support organization of supplies, product materials, displays, and business equipment
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments
  • Help with general business support tasks to keep operations efficient and running smoothly
