Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist

At Duraco Specialty Tapes amp; Liners, accounting is more than processing payments. It's about helping customers, supporting the business, and ensuring the financial details behind every order are handled accurately and professionally. We're looking for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys working with both numbers and people while helping keep cash flow moving.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve account questions, apply payments, research discrepancies, and conduct collection outreach calls. Success comes from being organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through on issues until they are resolved.
What You'll Do
  • Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account records
  • Monitor aging accounts and assist with collections activities
  • Investigate and resolve billing questions and payment discrepancies
  • Process credits, maintain tax exemption documentation, and support accounting operations
What We Offer at Duraco
  • Flexible Part Time Schedule: Work 20–24 hours per week on-site at our Forest Park, IL location. Hours will be scheduled within our standard business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., offering flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
