Job description

Description:

Order Management Analyst will monitor, analyze, and determine purchase outcomes on all customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance. This position will work with Operations and Business Analytics teams to provide variance analysis and allocation information. Additionally, management reports will be requested on an ad-hoc basis.


Essential Functions:

  • Analyze customer data from direct orders, indirect orders, Amneal inventory and customer inventory (DOH) and has the autonomy to use this data to make fulfillment decisions in order to ensure the proper contract terms are applied to incoming orders that will impact the finances between the customer and our company.
  • Research and make the decisions to resolve sales affecting issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor product releases to facilitate new launches and make decisions to fulfill customer backorders in order to minimize penalties.
  • Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal reports.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics and Customer Relations teams to evaluate processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Understand order management policies, procedures and metrics.


Education:

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business - Preferred

Experience:

  • 3 years or more in Analytical, Finance, Economics

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
