About the Job:

As an Order Management Staff, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer services. The role encompasses a broad range of order management functions,

including open order management, order cancellation, return and replacement processing, damage

allowance management, order tracking, customer care, data analysis, and service performance

review. Our team members are skilled in full-cycle order management, from order creation and

booking completion to effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate

professionalism, a customer-focused mindset, and strong collaboration skills, working closely with

internal teams and actively participating in business meetings to drive continuous improvement.

*Site Location: 111 Sylvan Avenue Englewood Cliffs, NJ


Main Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including order creation, booking, and status

monitoring.

- Check and audit order booking status, backorders, and pick releases/open transfers.

- Handle order cancellations and modifications efficiently.

- Report on issued orders and follow up on necessary directions or actions.

- Identify, report, and resolve issues between customers and business departments, ensuring

all records are accurately maintained in the system.

- Process return and replacement requests by entering them into the system, resolving pending

issues, syncing information across various customer systems, and providing periodic status

reports.

- Track delivery status using multiple IT systems (TMS, GWMS, ERP, carrier websites) and

maintain clear communication with logistics providers and customers regarding load and

delivery updates


Experience & Qualifications:

- Good communications skills in English. Able to construct effective communications in writing.

- Strong focus on detail and accuracy, proactive.

- Experience using Excel (Intermediate skill level)


Work Requirements:

- Flexibility During Peak Seasons: Must be available to work flexible hours, including

weekday and weekend coverage, during the promotional pick season to meet critical business

demands.
