Role and Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for the complete lifecycle of Order Management and Fulfillment, for an assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Ensure that orders are compliant with Samsung Electronics' Policies, Programs, and Master Purchase Agreements.
  • Ensure that orders are received and submitted into Samsung's systems in accordance to standard Samsung processes and policies.
  • Manage initial order entry through to the billing process to ensure no errors interrupt order flow to billing for applicable sales and return orders
  • Resolve order related issues and escalations (systems, processes, policy, project)
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Order Management staff [Indirect and/or FTE employees]
  • Responsible for achieving related KPIs and SLAs within assigned portfolio
  • Maintain Price Discrepancy Resolution in relation to Order Management.
  • Validate and process order related price adjustment claims as needed
  • Lead order-related integrations and testing for EDI, SPACE, and other interfaces as needed
  • Continually work with internal Teams and external Customers to improve order related items including but not limited to processes, integrations, and end to end performance.
  • Ability to explain end-to-end order fulfillment policies, processes, and systems; including other functional areas of R/R.
  • Keep Leadership informed on daily operations, issues, escalations, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required in related Business Field
  • Prior Order Management and Operations experience; minimum 7+ years in related Business Field
  • Experience in daily use of ERP system, SAP preferred
  • EDI Experience in relation to Order Processing and Transactions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and use in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in AI tools such as Claude, Gemini preferred
  • Ability to take Direction and Lead Team Members
  • Ability to Think Outside of the Box, to provide creative solutions that are still compliant with requirements
