  • Collaborate with commercial operations in automation development

  • Ensures timely response to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels.

  • Processes customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure timely delivery.

  • Monitors order status and communicates updates to customers and relevant stakeholders, resolves order-related issues and discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Reports monthly the order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
