Job Summary & Responsibilities
As a member of the Sales Operations team, the Sales Order Management Intern will support the end-to-end order fulfillment process-from forecast and manufacturing slot requests through booking close, shipment, and revenue recognition.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to accuracy and process excellence. You will help ensure orders are accepted in alignment with company policies and will assist the Order Management team with day-to-day operational needs.
You will gain exposure to ERP and sales systems including Oracle EBS, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and internal order acceptance policies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel) is required.
Key Responsibilities - Forecast Support
  • Create, update, and maintain forecast opportunities and related data in Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and FileMaker.
  • Validate entries for completeness and accuracy; reconcile discrepancies and document updates as needed.

Key Responsibilities - Order Management Support
  • Support daily order management activities to help ensure timely, accurate order processing.
  • Assist with order intake and updates in the appropriate systems; ensure required fields and supporting information are captured.
  • Follow order acceptance policies and coordinate with internal partners to resolve missing information and reduce processing errors.

Communication and Reporting
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with the Order Management and Sales Operations teams.
  • Work effectively across time zones (e.g., APAC, Europe, Pacific, and Eastern) and support global stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel; experience with PowerPoint and/or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and following defined processes to maintain data integrity.

Preferred: Exposure to ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ) and comfort working with detailed transactional data.
