Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as full-time team member.

Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.

*Role & Responsibility*

  • Present findings and recommendations based off of sales data analysis
  • Creation of business intelligence reports including market share, sales growth, and inventory turns
  • Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing sales performance through a variety of market segments
  • Support an order management strategy using Oracle Order Management system (EBS)
  • Assist Bobcat's Dealer Support Group respond to order inquiries from a network of dealers
  • Participate in projects reviewing and evolving Bobcat's annual sales contract
  • Review and provide recommendations on priority shipment requests to customers
  • Create dashboards to automate and monitor sales performance
  • Review and process dealer credit requests and shipment/return discrepancies

*Job Requirement*

  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to draw conclusions and present findings based off of data
  • Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
  • Have the vision to identify problems, make recommendations and provide creative and realistic solutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
  • Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
  • Ability to follow written instructions
