Job Title: Supply Chain Associate I

Duration: 12-Month Contract (W2)
Location: Clearwater, FL (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Associate to support core operations including inventory planning, forecasting, and order management.

This role is best suited for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are comfortable working with data, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

If you have strong Excel skills, an interest in supply chain operations, and a proactive mindset, this role will provide hands-on experience across key supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock level optimization
  • Assist with order management, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate data in internal systems and generate reports using Excel
  • Identify and support process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Monitor and escalate discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or data

Basic Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduates preferred)
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops acceptable)
