Job description

Bamboo Health is the leader in Real-Time Care Intelligenceâ„¢ solutions aimed at improving lives for everyone experiencing physical and behavioral health challenges. We are driven by our mission to empower clients to deliver seamless, high-quality and cost-effective care during pivotal moments to improve health outcomes. From coast to coast, Bamboo Health partners with all major retail pharmacy chains, 52 states and territories, 100% of the top 10 best hospitals and more than half of the country's largest health plans to improve more than 1 billion patient encounters annually. Join us in improving lives during pivotal care moments!
Summary:
We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end order management process - designing scalable workflows, building automation to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks, and ensuring every contract and order is accurately captured, validated, and processed in Salesforce. You will play a critical role in the quote-to-cash process by driving process integrity, identifying opportunities to systematize routine work, and ensuring our systems accurately reflect executed business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is strategic, process-minded, and energized by building structure and automation within a fast-moving revenue operations organization.
What You'll Do:
  • Review incoming contracts and orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and deal terms.
  • Validate that all required documentation and approvals are in place prior to processing.
  • Process orders in Salesforce - including updating opportunity records, capturing contract details, and closing opportunities - while identifying steps that can be automated or templatized to reduce manual effort.
  • Own data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunity records by establishing validation rules, automated checks, and standardized processes that reduce reliance on manual data entry.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information on contracts and orders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team on order status and processing questions.
  • Manage the order queue against SLA targets, surfacing bottlenecks and designing process improvements that keep throughput on track as volume scales.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by ensuring all orders are processed, and opportunities are accurately updated.
  • Identify and escalate issues or anomalies in order documentation or Salesforce records to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve order management workflows, including building automation (e.g., Salesforce flows, validation rules, approval processes) to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance workflows through AI or automation tools (e.g., document summarization, task routing, or data parsing).
  • Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions.

What Success Looks Like...
In 3 months...
  • You have a solid understanding of Bamboo Health's products, pricing structures, and standard contract terms.
  • You understand the end-to-end order management and quote-to-cash process, including how orders flow through Salesforce from opportunity to close.
  • You are independently processing incoming orders and contracts with accuracy and within expected turnaround times, and you have begun identifying manual steps ripe for automation.
  • You have designed and implemented at least one automation or standardized process that measurably reduces manual effort in the order management workflow.
  • You have built strong working relationships with members of the Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Begin incorporating AI-supported tools into your day-to-day work-whether through analysis, documentation, or task management.

In 6 months...
  • You are a trusted resource for the sales team on order processing questions and status updates.
  • You are consistently meeting SLA targets for order processing and opportunity management.
  • You have designed and implemented at least three additional opportunities for automation or standardized process that measurably reduces manual effort in the order management workflow.
  • You are contributing to a clean, accurate Salesforce org by proactively flagging and resolving data discrepancies.

In 12 months...
  • You are a go-to expert on order administration processes and Salesforce order management workflows.
  • You have contributed meaningfully to process documentation and may support training of new team members.
  • You are playing a key role in ensuring smooth quarter-end closes, with all opportunities accurately reflecting executed business.
  • You are proactively identifying systemic issues and partnering with the broader RevOps team to implement lasting improvements, with a portfolio of automations and process enhancements that have reduced manual workload and positioned the function to scale.

What You Need:
  • 4+ years of experience in an order management, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including opportunity management, workflow automation (e.g., Flows, validation rules, approval processes), and reporting; Salesforce Administrator certification a plus.
  • Familiarity with contract review and order processing in a B2B SaaS or technology environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in documentation and data.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a queue of work, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, document, and improve business processes; experience building automation to eliminate repetitive manual work is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and experience with CPQ tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows.
  • A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
  • The ability to travel periodically for work.

What You Get:
  • Join one of the most innovative healthcare technology companies in the country.
  • Have the autonomy to build something with an enthusiastically supportive team.
  • Learn from working at the highest levels and on the most strategic priorities of the company, including from world class investors and advisors.
  • Receive competitive compensation including health, dental, vision and other benefits.
