About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Order Management Associate to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners, ensuring a seamless order management experience from order entry through fulfillment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and validate customer orders within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, etc.)
  • Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and resolve discrepancies or exceptions
  • Process all customer orders within a 48-hour turnaround time
  • Monitor and manage order updates, revisions, cancellations, and credits
  • Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, confirmations, and related records
  • Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services
  • Handle customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges, RMAs, and order modifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, planning, shipping, logistics, sales, and finance
  • Support dealer network inquiries (no direct consumer interaction)
  • Participate in a structured 45โ€“60 day training program before entering phone queue responsibilities

Day-to-Day Work Environment
  • Utilize ERP systems daily to manage order workflows
  • Partner closely with manufacturing teams across shipping, planning, and production
  • Handle inbound customer calls through a queue system after training
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and service

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in order management and customer service
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, or similar)
  • Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Experience working with order entry, billing, credit, warehouse, shipping, purchasing, and planning processes
  • Familiarity with customer POs, RMAs, and tracking information
  • Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
