About Smart Infrastructure - Electrification and Automation:

Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit is headquartered in Wendell, NC,. The EA Business Unit has a diverse portfolio of products, including, but not limited to, low-voltage MCC, CMR fuse saver, MV switchgear, MV circuit breakers, and metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance and systems of a standard nature.
We are looking for an Order Manager. This position will be based in Wendell, NC. Relo assistance available.
As the Order Manager, you will manage and process customer sales orders from order placement to delivery.
You'll make an impact by:
  • Confirm factory delivery dates and provide accurate updates to internal customers
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Define production sequence based on Customer priorities
  • Balancing of production load
  • Follow up to internal milestones
  • Collaborate with all the factory departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
  • Maintain delivery schedules
  • Production order creation in SAP and alignment of delivery and requirement dates.
  • Coordinate order changes with all the internal areas

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience in manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP, SD and PS module
  • Salesforce.com experience

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
