Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Online Order Administrator to manage and process customer orders through online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, maintain excellent customer service standards, and help optimize our online sales operations.

Duties

  • Manage and monitor online orders
  • Process 500+ online orders daily
  • Make and print shipping labels with the most suitable carrier
  • Strong attention to detail on the listings and the stock avaialble
  • Returns and credits

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
  • Experience using Amazon Seller Central and/or eBay Seller Hub is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
