Job description

SNI Companies is looking for a results-driven and dynamic Order Coordinator with experience in a fast-paced environment. The Order Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of Dealer/Factory Orders, from purchase order intake through factory processing, production coordination, and post-shipment support.

This position is also responsible for maintaining accurate order data in the company’s CRM and data management platform, ensuring all Dealer/Factory Orders and related information are properly captured, organized, and aligned for tracking, reporting, and commission reconciliation.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a high level of ownership when managing multiple orders and priorities at the same time.

Responsibilities

New Account Setup

Support the setting up of new dealer accounts by assisting with manufacturing/dealer credit application documents and ensuring all required materials are complete.

  • Ensure all required paperwork is submitted.
  • Expedite actions needed to move applications forward.
  • Confirm and provide all applicable discounts and freight terms.
  • Communicate all relevant information to Territory Mgr. & across multiple teams


Purchase Order Intake/Entry

Review each purchase order to verify the following before submitting Dealer/Factory Orders to the factory for processing:

  • Pricing, discount structures, and freight terms
  • Alignment with quotes, project requirements, and job locations
  • Required documentation for processing and approvals
  • Final readiness for submission to the factory


Production/Fulfillment Coordination

  • Distribute factory drawings and track approvals through completion.
  • Coordinate communication among dealers, Territory Managers, and factories.
  • Confirm ship dates and communicate any delays.
  • Coordinate changes to shipment details as needed.
  • Run Sales Reports and share with Territory Mgr. and teams


Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B customer support, order processing or customer service in distribution environments
  • Experience working with PO’s and order lifecycles
  • Expereince with CRM’s or Order Mgmt. Systems
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines/priorities/fast-paced environmentClear and professional communication (Verbal & Written), strong follow-up and a team-oriented attitude
