Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • The Order Coordinator I is an entry-level position responsible for the accurate entry and processing of service orders. 
  • This role supports order fulfillment by reviewing documentation, entering data into internal systems, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines. 
  • The Order Coordinator I learns the foundational processes, tools, and service types required in a fast-paced telecom environment.
  • Note- (Remote with traveling to Sioux City, Iowa, a few times each month)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must have skills: Order processing, Data entry and Customer Service
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in business, telecommunications, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience (data entry, order processing, customer service, or telecom-related work) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications terminology (e.g., circuits, bandwidth, service IDs) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
  • ***Must live in *** footprint of Charlotte, NC or Columbia, SC. position will be hybrid.
