Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an experienced Task Order Project ManagerThreat Mitigation, Engineering, and Imaging (TME&I), to lead and manage mission-critical support for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Office of Training and Development (T&D). Location: Atlantic City/Egg Harbor, NJ 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the central point of contact with the Government for all technical, operational, and management matters related to the Task Order to include representing the Contractor at all Task Order–level post-award meetings, briefings, and reviews with TSA stakeholders.
  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for Task Order performance, ensuring compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW), contract requirements, and TSA policies.
  • Direct and oversee execution of T library management, simulator support, help desk operations, logistics, and rapid response activities.
  • Apply Project Management principles to plan, execute, monitor, and control all Task Order activities.
  • Manage schedule, cost, scope, risk, quality assurance, and performance metrics across all task areas.
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance of all deliverables, reports, and services provided under the Task Order. 
  • Oversee adherence to DHS, TSA, and federal security requirements, including classified handling, Sensitive Security Information (SSI), and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
  • Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, security mandates, and performance standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related discipline. 
  • Minimum 5 years of practical professional experience, including at least 2 years managing a major program, task order, or department.
  • Demonstrated experience performing as a Program Manager on complex federal government programs.
  • Proven experience serving as a Task Order Manager or Program Manager for DHS, TSA, or other federal civilian agencies.
  • Strong working knowledge of PMI-based project management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams supporting technical, logistics, training, and operational functions.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret clearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior Government leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting TSA Office of Training and Development (T&D) or similar Homeland Security training organizations.
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Familiarity with threat image libraries, simulation technologies, explosives/chemical training aids, or screening technologies.
  • Experience managing property and asset management systems in accordance with FAR, GAO, and DHS standards.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and multiple subcontractors.
  • Threat Mitigation, Engineering, and Image (TME&I) support services, including threat image development.
