Position Overview

The Order Manager is responsible for managing the full order lifecycle from customer inquiry through final order entry and fulfillment. This role combines order entry, quoting, customer service, and art administration into a single point of accountability, ensuring seamless customer experiences and 100% accuracy in all order-related processes. The Order Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and timely results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management & Accuracy
  • Process customer orders with precision, ensuring 100% accuracy in data entry and order details.
  • Review and verify pricing, product specifications, and artwork requirements prior to submission.
  • Track orders through production and delivery, proactively addressing delays or issues.
  • Customer Service & Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling inquiries, quotes, and updates.
  • Provide responsive, professional, and solutions-oriented support via phone, email, and online systems.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating reliability, empathy, and product knowledge.
  • Quoting & Art Administration
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes based on customer needs and company pricing guidelines.
  • Coordinate artwork submissions, approvals, and revisions to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

  • Process Improvement & Collaboration

Qualifications

  • Experience:
