Order Management: The purpose of this role is to reduce the age of open orders, reduce past dues and decrease to amount of customer escalations.
Order management to include identifying efficiencies in assembling like products together in a batch
Point of contact between Syracuse planning and customer service (for Syracuse products)
Escalations (coordinate for reduced interruption โ€“ not all escalations can be honored)
Cancelations
Status update
Communicate any material issues back to Syracuse planning team
Missing material
Quality issues
Incorrect inventory in Roanoke
Potentially have them perform the cycle count and adjustment
