Job description

Overview

Facilitate organizational transformation by effectively planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives that align with business objectives. Evaluate the impacts of change, develop comprehensive communication and adoption strategies, and engage with stakeholders across all levels. Support the planning and execution of communication and stakeholder engagement activities through change initiatives, organizational campaigns, stakeholder enablement, and risk culture building programs. Provide day-to-day coaching, content review, and prioritization support to junior team members. Ensure seamless transitions and foster the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. Lead change management efforts for complex projects and strategic initiatives, applying advanced frameworks, and influencing stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of change strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with enterprise communications partners to align executive messaging with change strategies or key messaging. Prepare and review communications, including blog posts, emails, chat messages, and newsletter blurbs. Use tools like AEM, Staffbase, and MS Teams.
  • Conduct change readiness and adoption assessments and define success metrics for change initiatives (e.g., risk and impact assessments, stakeholder inventories).
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Lead change retrospectives and lessons learned sessions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and PMO teams.
  • Drive alignment across multi business units and ensure change strategies support enterprise priorities and stakeholder readiness
  • Deliver change management presentations and Prosci-based training to internal stakeholders to support skill building for project teams, leaders, and front-line employees.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in change management or related field.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization.
  • Strategic communication.
  • Executive stakeholder management.
  • Change risk mitigation.
  • Coaching and mentoring.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong leadership and influence skills.
  • Experience managing change in large-scale initiatives.
  • Advanced stakeholder influence techniques.
  • Experience with AI-enabled change tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or MBA.
  • Prosci or equivalent certification.
  • Significant Communications experience.
  • Proficiency in tools like Staffbase and AEM.
