Project Coordinator Intern - Change Management
Role Summary
The Project Coordinator Intern supports the Change Management team by assisting in the coordination, tracking, and execution of core change activities that enable effective communication, stakeholder engagement, training readiness, and adoption. This role focuses on building strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail while supporting multiple workstreams across communications, forums, training, and change network activities.
This is a full-time internship opportunity (approximately 8 months) based in an onsite capacity in Nashville, TN.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track change management tasks, timelines, and dependencies across communications, training, forums, and leader cascades.

  • Maintain action logs, trackers, and schedules to ensure deliverables are completed on time and accurately.

  • Assist in drafting, updating, and managing change communications, FAQs, and SharePoint content.

  • Support development and distribution of forum slides, talking points, and leader materials.

  • Maintain and update Change and MRT SharePoint sites, including calendars, training materials, videos, FAQs, and feedback tools.

  • Coordinate change calendars, forum schedules, and distribution lists.

  • Support monthly forum planning and content distribution to leaders and stakeholders.

  • Assist with training and UAT communications, scheduling, invitations, and pre-work distribution.

  • Track attendance, feedback, and follow-up actions to support readiness and adoption.

  • Previous internship, campus leadership, or project-based experience is a plus but not required.

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

  • Interest in change management, communications, and organizational transformation.

Duration: Approximately 8 months
Schedule: Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
