Customer Service Representative
Location: New Berlin, WI
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Berlin. This role will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries related to orders, products, and general support, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, including order status, product information, and issue resolution
  • Accurately enter and update customer and order information in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments (shipping, sales, operations) to resolve customer concerns
  • Follow up on open issues to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge
  • Document customer interactions and maintain organized records

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
