The Role
GrizzlyTrek is seeking one Order Management Professional to join our value-added client's team in Oakville, Ontario. This is a full-time contract position with strong potential for permanent conversion, supporting spare parts operations for steam turbine and compression product lines.
This is a complex, industrial-facing role rather than a traditional call center position. You will facilitate Canadian client requests for spare parts, managing orders end-to-end from quotation through processing to delivery, while acting as a key liaison between aftermarket customers and internal factories. Independence, problem-solving, and strong organization are essential to success.
What You'll Do
  • Manage and enter customer parts requests in SAP, including providing spare parts quotations directly to clients, executing client purchase orders, and managing inquiries
  • Perform daily SAP order entry and transactions for your assigned portfolio
  • Manage orders end-to-end, from quotation through processing and expediting to delivery
  • Act as a liaison between Compression and Steam aftermarket customers and internal factories
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, coordinating quotations, ordering, logistics, and production activities
  • Communicate extensively with clients and internal teams across sales, supply chain, and logistics via email, phone, and Teams
  • Work with technical documentation such as drawings, tracking orders and resolving issues as they arise
  • Manage high-volume, detailed administrative and operational tasks with accuracy
What You Bring
  • North American Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a similar field
  • 2+ years of experience in international sales or marketing, order management, logistics, project management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of business, financial, and operational processes
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • A high level of critical thinking, with the ability to resolve high-impact, complex, and cross-functional problems
  • A self-starter who is highly professional, flexible, and solutions-oriented
