Job description

OFS is seeking a highly focused, professional individual with both a strong penchant for detail and customer service skills to fill a Specialist role for our Order Management Team at our corporate office in Huntingburg, IN.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Review purchase orders and product specifications for accuracy and compatibility
  • Review specifications and floorplans as well as create drawings in CET
  • Work closely with customers to resolve specification issues
  • Develop a high level of product knowledge
  • Become proficient at and work with multiple design and spec software programs
  • Work closely with departmental team as well as other departments
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations and internal goals and timelines
  • Produce high-quality output

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly detailed and technically oriented with a drive for quality and excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong drive for and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability and desire to learn a multitude of software programs
  • Aptitude for learning and problem-solving

EXPERIENCE
