Are you ready to lead a top-performing team at the largest specialty retailer for kitchen and bath in the U.S.? At Cabinets To Go, we offer our customers the best selection of cabinets, flooring, bath vanities, countertops, backsplashes, knobs & pulls, closet systems, and installation services-and we need a dynamic Store Manager to drive sales, service, and growth.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, order management, reporting, and store maintenance
  • Drive sales of kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring, and installation services
  • Build, train, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed goals
  • Ensure a clean, inviting showroom and warehouse while providing superior customer service
  • Perform product demonstrations and design kitchen layouts using 2020 CAD software
  • Oversee product loading and offloading, ensuring efficiency and safety

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years in cabinet sales/design or sales + managerial experience in construction/home improvement retail
  • 1-3 years of direct sales management experience preferred
  • Strong skills in inventory control, retail operations, and team leadership
