Job description

Meta's Enterprise Products team is seeking an Oracle Order Management Application Manager to champion the platform in partnership with Supply Chain and Commerce workstreams. This is a functional, hands-on configuration role for someone deeply fluent in Oracle Fusion Order Management as the primary platform, with working knowledge of Global Order Promising (GOP) as a complementary capability. This role will support Meta's end-to-end order-to-fulfillment operations—spanning AR/VR consumer hardware, B2B channels, and direct-to-consumer commerce—ensuring order lifecycle processes, pricing, promising, and fulfillment workflows are optimized, scalable, and aligned with Meta's go-to-market timelines and multi-channel distribution requirements.
Application Manager, Order Management Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic and tactical initiatives within the Supply Chain and Order Management domains for Meta's AR/VR systems, collaborating with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Oracle Order Management Ownership (Primary): Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Order Management, ensuring the platform is configured and optimized to support order capture, pricing, fulfillment orchestration, shipping execution, backlog management, and returns—delivering a reliable, well-configured experience across all order channels
  • GOP Functional Support (Secondary): Provide configuration and operational support for Global Order Promising (GOP/HVGOP), including ATP rules, sourcing rules, promising strategies, and supply-demand visibility to ensure accurate delivery commitments across Meta's global fulfillment network
  • Configure, set up, and update applications in both Fusion Cloud and proprietary in-house software solutions. Provide SME support for Order Management, Pricing Strategy, Shipping, Inventory, HVGOP, ATP, EDI, Backlog Management, Point of Sales, BOPIS, Endless Aisle, and ICTO in Oracle Fusion
  • Apply expertise in Oracle ERP Fusion Applications (Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Integration)
  • Execute in-depth data analysis using complex SQL queries to understand OM and supply chain data models, and identify and resolve root causes of bugs
  • Efficiently triage and manage production support tickets related to configuration, implementation, function, or process
  • Design and integrate Oracle EBS/Cloud with various technology platforms, including third-party and legacy systems
  • Write processes in Fusion, adhering to source control and code review standards
  • Technical Leadership Areas
  • GOP Enablement: Enable GOP for multi-country rollout, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment
  • Back-to-Back Supply Chain Flow: Enable back-to-back supply chain for Rx orders (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and Execution)
  • Price Management: Configure and maintain price management workflows, including pricing rules, price lists, and pricing strategy integration within Oracle Fusion
  • B2B Partner Onboarding: Drive customer onboarding playbooks for B2B partners

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience driving solution design & deployment in Oracle Fusion Order Management, with demonstrated hands-on functional and technical configuration experience including order orchestration, fulfillment workflows, DOO, pricing, shipping, and backlog management
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Global Order Promising (GOP/HVGOP) or equivalent ATP/promising platforms, including sourcing rules, supply-demand modeling, and promising strategy configuration
  • Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to execute complex queries against OM and Supply Chain data models for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Prior ownership of Oracle Fusion administration, including security, user access, workflow configuration, and process extensions
  • Supply Chain and Commerce domain experience with experience translating business objectives into technical solutions within a multi-channel, high-volume order environment
  • Experience navigating technical ambiguity by defining requirements, evaluating trade-offs, and driving solutions forward
  • Experience identifying and addressing product quality issues, monitoring platform health, and delivering solutions with measurable time-to-value improvements

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign order management workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., improving accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, backlog reduction). Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience supporting commerce operations for consumer electronics, hardware, or AR/VR product lines across D2C and B2B channels
  • Experience with BOPIS, Endless Aisle, ICTO, and omnichannel fulfillment configurations in Oracle Fusion
  • Experience with Oracle EBS-to-Cloud migration or coexistence architectures
