The Order Management Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped accurately and on time. This position serves as a bridge between order entry, warehouse operations, and shipping, helping maintain smooth workflow, inventory accuracy, and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Your Impact

  • Review, process, and prioritize incoming customer orders for fulfillment
  • Coordinator with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipment
  • Utilize the WMS system to monitor order statuses and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or other issues
  • Verify order accuracy, including quantities, product specifications, and shipping details
  • Generate and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, labels, etc.)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline order and shipping processes


Your Experience and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in order management, shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Experience with ERP and/or warehouse management systems
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $18.00/hr-$21.00/hr, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 5% of compensation.

Your Workplace

You will work onsite at our Morton facility to team up with your wonderful AGCO PTx colleagues.

This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment where temperature may vary. This role is fast-paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures. Some overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
