Job description

Order Management Specialist

Job Overview:

Fortinet is looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our EMEA team, based in Almere. In this role, you will ensure that Purchase Orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.  With a designated set of accounts, that you will manage on a day-to-day basis. You will work with cross-functional teams and Customers to ensure positive customer experience while driving order issues to closure.


Responsibilities

  • Interface with Customers, Sales, and other departments regarding order issues
  • Review Sales Order documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Work closely with Operations, Shipping, and Sales to ensure terms and conditions are properly met.
  • Ensure on time booking of all order types.
  • Resolve all backlog issues including order hold release, product configuration issues, item number discrepancies and missing Purchase Order requirements.
  • Ensure orders adhere to documented Booking Criteria policies and SOX procedures.
  • Provides quarter and month-end support as needed to achieve corporate goals. 
  • Understanding of all relevant company policies, procedures and systems.
     

Qualifications

  • ERP experience (Order Management) required, preferably Oracle.
  • Previous Order Management experience required.
  • CRM experience preferred, especially Salesforce.com
