Job description

C.H. Robinson is looking for anOrder Management Analyst. In thisroleyou willbe responsible forensuring flawless execution of the order process from point of order placement. This high-volume position requires the combination of your analytical skills and commitment to customer experience as youidentifyand remove roadblocks that may occur throughout the automated order processes from placement to payment. You willshowcaseyour attention to detail and ability to flex in response to shifting priorities across a broad range of tasks, which include order planning, exception management, inventory management, payment resolution, and ongoing process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies.Apply today and join us as we connect the world!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and carry out various order management tasks, such as tracking shipments, managing exceptions, conducting inventory reconciliation, forecasting and replenishing stock, handling invoicing, and ensuring the reconciliation of claims, credits, andpricing

  • Resolve problems with service failures and orders that do not flow through the automated system properlyleveragingtechnology and process improvementsto removeroadblocks

  • Build relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, professional communication, and prompt responses toinquiries

  • Maintain item-level data in company systems, e.g., pack sizes, pricing, and commoditydescriptions

  • Convey complex and dynamic information to team members, customers, suppliers, and supplier'spartners

  • Execute and leverage reporting to enhance the customer experience, improve process and to distribute operational information to theteam

  • Perform to tactical and operational KPItargets

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or account coordination-related experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to navigate multiplesystems

  • Available to work flexible schedule including some weekends andholidays

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreea plus!

  • Supply chain knowledge

  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customerservice

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Team-oriented; able to work collaboratively in fast-pacedenvironment

  • Ability to workindependently

  • Experience with Excel Macros and the ability toidentifybreakdowns within Macros is a plus!

Compensation Range

$21.76 - $45.96
