Order Picker

This role focuses on accurately verifying, preparing, and organizing customer orders before they are sent to shipping. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, using RF scanners, pick links, and computer systems to ensure every order meets strict accuracy and quality standards. The position involves frequent lifting, detailed product verification, and close attention to order documentation throughout the fulfillment process.

Responsibilities
  • Review picked orders and carefully check for errors to ensure all items are correct before they are sent to shipping.
  • Lift and move products weighing approximately 30–40 lbs throughout the workday.
  • Perform quality inspections on products, identifying and correcting any mistakes before orders proceed.
  • Assist with order picking as needed to support overall warehouse operations.
  • Use RF scanners and pick links to upload and manage accurate order documentation.
  • Verify all orders to ensure 100% accuracy in product type, quantity, and documentation.
  • Break down bulk orders into smaller, location-specific orders according to work instructions.
  • Use work orders to verify the correct products and quantities required for each order.
  • Count individual items, such as pairs of socks, to confirm accurate quantities for each order.
  • Use computers to enter order data, update inventory information, and print shipping labels.
  • Re-verify products multiple times throughout the process to maintain high accuracy and quality standards.
  • Maintain general warehouse organization and support packing, inventory, and other general labor tasks as needed.
