Customer Service / Order Entry Representative (Front Desk Receptionist)
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
(1-hour lunch, two 15-minute breaks, no overtime)
Position Overview
Seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join a fast-paced team. This role combines front desk reception responsibilities with high-volume order entry and customer service support.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking while handling inbound calls, email correspondence, and dealer order processing for the Texas and Oklahoma regions.
Training will be provided on order entry, phone systems, internal processes, and Stihl Outdoor Power equipment brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter dealer orders accurately into the NetSuite ERP system
- Perform high-volume 10-key data entry
- Answer and route incoming main line phone calls professionally
- Respond to customer and dealer email inquiries
- Provide front desk reception support and greet visitors
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding orders and inquiries
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (secondary education preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn NetSuite ERP system
- 10-key proficient
- Professional phone etiquette (answering with a positive tone)
