Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Industrial Order Entry Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional service to our B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer orders and returns within ERP systems
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B customers, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales and Engineering, to support order fulfillment
  • Maintain and manage detailed product and order information
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, taxes, and order data entry
  • Provide phone and administrative support as needed
  • Assist other departments based on business needs
