Job Description:
 The Data Entry Customer Service Representative at Talkish Co. is responsible for efficiently entering and managing customer data while providing excellent service to clients. This dual-role position combines data entry tasks with customer service responsibilities, ensuring accurate information processing and timely support for customer inquiries and concerns.
Pay: $16.50 - $26.00 per hour


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter customer information, transactions, and updates into the company’s database.
  • Verify and correct data to maintain accuracy and integrity in all records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing questions or resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, providing detailed and clear instructions as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring that all relevant information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and to confirm satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report recurring issues to management to help improve customer service processes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and managing communications.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures when handling customer data and sensitive information.
