NOW HIRING: DATA ENTRY CLERK / Customer Service Representative

We're hiring a Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative to help maintain accurate records and support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems and databases
  • Review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records as needed
  • Generate basic reports and assist with data tracking
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate recordkeeping
  • Assist customers in person, by phone, or via email with questions, orders, and service-related issues
  • Maintain a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and following company policies and procedures
