Job Description:  The Data Entry Customer Service Representative at Talkish Co. is responsible for efficiently entering and managing customer data while providing excellent service to clients. This dual-role position combines data entry tasks with customer service responsibilities, ensuring accurate information processing and timely support for customer inquiries and concerns.
Pay: $16.50 - $26.00 per hour


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter customer information, transactions, and updates into the company’s database.
  • Verify and correct data to maintain accuracy and integrity in all records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing questions or resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
